Because every Bare Carat piece is made specifically for you — designed, sourced, and crafted to your exact specifications — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders once production has begun. We take great care to ensure you love your design before we start. You will review and approve your CAD design and stone selection before any work begins. If something doesn't feel right at that stage, we will revise it.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error that is our fault, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@barecaratco.com with photos and your order number.
Every Bare Carat ring includes a free resize if it doesn't fit. Fingers change — we've got you covered. Contact us and we'll arrange the resize.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund of any deposit paid. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun.
