Every Bare Carat ring ships fully insured and tracked via a signature-required carrier. We use insured overnight or 2-day shipping for all jewelry to ensure your piece arrives safely.
Most custom rings are completed within 6–9 weeks from your first consultation. You will receive updates at key milestones throughout production, including photos of your finished piece before it ships.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Signature is required at delivery — please ensure someone is available to receive the package or arrange a pickup location.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping is fully insured and complimentary on all orders. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days once shipped.
Your ring is fully insured during transit. In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and replace or repair your piece.
